About Us: Mission & History
Pathways Community Health is a not–for–profit community mental health center providing a full continuum of mental health care and access to services in Missouri and Louisiana. Our mission is to enhance wellness in the lives of individuals and communities by instilling hope, building partnerships and supporting recovery.
Our focus is achieving and sustaining optimal wellness for individuals and communities. We do this by providing accessible mental health, alcohol and drug treatment, and prevention services. Services are based on individual need of each person and utilize the most cost–effective and affordable methods of care.
Included in our continuum of care is our sister organization, Royal Oaks Hospital, which provides acute inpatient services and partial hospitalization for children, adolescents and adults in Windsor, Missouri, as well as Family Counseling Center of Missouri, Inc. which provides addiction treatment and mental health care to residents of central Missouri.
